BluePigment Theme for sNews

I've been meaning to port this template to sNews for quite some time. styleshout.com describes it as "A web 2.0, blue theme design. Has a two-column, fluid layout with a static right sidebar." The demo, as always, is located at my sNews demo site here.

Great theme but I want to know what is the function bpnavbar added on the head. I make a search on sNewscms and find just this: http://snewscms.com/forum/index.php?topic=6247.0

function bpnavbar builds the navigation bar that runs across the top of the theme. It uses snews pages.
